It’s been a great couple of weeks here at the Wear Gray 2012 Market. There has been a steady flow of customers and awesome DJ’s providing entertainment for shoppers, donating all of their tips towards the fundraising efforts.
As of Midnight tonight SLT our treasury account holds L$572,032. a fantastic effort from one and all to help the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA). This roughly equates to just over USD$2000.00 (depending on market value at time of selling out the lindens). Each year we have smashed the previous years efforts, this year was no difference. Our last Wear Gray Market closed with a total of L$560,000. As you can see we outdid ourselves again.
Sanura and Arora would like to thank EVERYONE that played a part in this years event. Designers, Bloggers, DJ’s and Shoppers – without all of you we would not have been able to exceed as we have. We look forward to seeing you again in the future at Wear Gray Markets.
We will be posting the transaction screen caps of the final amount transferred from the Treasury account, WearGray Button, on to ABTA once it has been finalised.
